Mô tả công việc

• Xây dựng mục tiêu bán hàng cho từng khu vực, từng vùng mà mình quản lý
• Trực tiếp đề xuất, tham mưu cho ban lãnh đạo
• Mở rộng các hoạt động kinh doanh, tìm kiếm khách hàng mục tiêu.
• Cập nhật, bắt kịp xu hướng của thị trường, tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng
• Thường xuyên theo dõi doanh số bán hàng, lợi nhuận thu về tại từng cửa hàng trong khu vực.
• Đưa ra những định hướng phát triển cho các hoạt động kinh doanh, đồng thời đáp ứng mục tiêu của doanh nghiệp.
• Cung cấp các thông tin về sản phẩm cho bộ phận quản lý và đưa ra những khuyến nghị giá thích hợp.
• Tham gia vào quá trình bán hàng tại vùng quản lý.
• Xây dựng, gìn giữ các mối quan hệ với đơn vị đối tác.
• Tiến hành phân tích số liệu bán hàng, chất lượng sản phẩm và so sánh với đối thủ cạnh tranh để nâng cao doanh thu.
• Trách nhiệm quản lý thu hồi công nợ
• Trực tiếp xây dựng hệ thống giám sát và quản lý hệ thống phân phối
• Trực tiếp đào tạo, bố trí và sắp xếp nhân sự cho hệ thống kinh doanh vùng
• Trực tiếp báo cáo và tiếp nhận các chỉ thị từ cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên. Ưu tiên ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh, Ngoại thương, Kinh Tế…- Có 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí ASM.

– Có tư duy sáng tạo, năng động và có khă năng giao tiếp tốt.
